1. Description of Service

Club Found provides a communication platform designed to help golfers recover lost equipment. Our service includes unique QR-coded stickers and a web-based portal that allows a "finder" to send an anonymous message to the "owner" of the gear.

2. Service Limitations & Liability

• No Guarantee of Recovery:Club Found is a tool to facilitate communication; we do not guarantee that your lost equipment will be found, scanned, or returned.
• Property Responsibility: Owners remain solely responsible for the safety and location of their golf equipment at all times.
• No Liability for Loss: Club Found is not liable for the value of any lost, stolen, or damaged property, regardless of whether the gear was equipped with our stickers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Registration: You are responsible for accurately linking your unique CF- sticker code.
• Sticker Maintenance: Ensure the sticker is applied to a clean surface and remains readable.
• Contact Info: You must provide a valid email to receive recovery notifications.

4. Conduct for Finders

• Good Faith: The recovery portal is intended for Good Samaritans to help fellow golfers.
• Prohibited Use: Any use of the portal to harass, threaten, or solicit owners is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• One-Time Purchase: The standard "Club Found" service is included with the one-time purchase of your sticker set.
• Premium Features: Certain advanced features, such as GPS-drop-location tagging, may require an additional fee or subscription.
