How durable are the stickers?+
Our stickers are made from industrial-grade, weather-proof vinyl designed to withstand heat, moisture, and the friction of clubs going in and out of your bag.
Is my personal information shared with the finder?+
No. Finders scan the QR code and see the nickname of your club and a message box. They will never see your name, email or any other personal information. In turn you will not see their information either unless explicitly given.
Do I need a special app to scan or use this?+
Nope. Finders use the standard camera app already on their phone. For you, everything is managed through our mobile-friendly web dashboard. No App Store download required.
How soon will I be notified if my club is found?+
Instantly. As soon as the finder hits Send on the recovery page, our system blasts a notification to your registered email and phone number.
Where should I place the sticker on my club?+
We recommend placing it on the shaft, just below the grip. This keeps it visible to anyone picking up the club but ensures it doesn't interfere with your swing or line of sight.
What if I sell my clubs?+
You can easily unbind a sticker from a club in your account settings, allowing the new owner to register it to their own profile.
Does the finder see my personal info?+
No. Privacy is a priority. Finders communicate through our secure portal, and we relay the message to you instantly via email or SMS.
Is there a subscription fee?+
The 'Club Found' basics are included with your sticker purchase. Your protection never expires.
What if my sticker gets scratched?+
While tough, stickers can be damaged. If your QR code becomes unreadable, you can order a replacement sticker.
Can I use these stickers on other gear?+
Absolutely. While designed for golf clubs, they work perfectly on rangefinders, golf bags, or even expensive travel cases. If it has a smooth surface, you can protect it.
