Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations; delivery times vary by destination.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the stickers.
  • Delivered Items: While we use reliable carriers, Club Found is not responsible for stickers once they are marked as "Delivered" by the postal service.
  • Shipping: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Return Policy

  • QR Code Sticker Application: Due to the permanent nature of the adhesive, stickers cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been peeled or applied to a club.
  • Damaged Items: If your stickers arrive damaged or the QR code is unreadable upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the shipping label has not yet been generated.
  • Defects: If a QR code is unreadable upon arrival, we provide free replacements.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds for unpeeled stickers (returned within 14 days) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
